A Kossuth-díjas színművész (1919–1998) gyermekéveit az Ady utcai lakóházban (a 9. szám alatt) töltötte, nem messze édesapja mozijától, az egykori „Edison mozgótól”. Gábor Miklós emlékére emléktáblát helyeztek el szülőházának falán 2002-ben (Béres János alkotását), avatásán felesége, Vass Éva Jászai Mari-díjas színművésznő is részt vett.
Gábor Miklósról 2013-ban a belvárosban utcát neveztek el.

Der mit dem Kossuth Preis geehrte Schauspieler (1919-1998) verbrachte seine Kinderjahre in einem Wohnhaus in der Ady Straße (Nr. 9), nicht weit vom Kino seines Vaters, dem bereits erwähnten „Edison Laufbildtheater”. Zur Erinnerung an Miklós Gábor wurde an seinem Geburtshaus eine Gedenktafel (das Werk von János Béres) angebracht. An der Einweihungsfeier nahm auch seine Frau Éva Vass, die mit dem Mari Jászai Preis ausgezeichnete Schauspielerin, teil.
The Kossuth award-winning actor (1919–1998) spent his childhood in the house in Ady utca (at no. 9), not far from his father’s cinema, the already mentioned Edison mozgó (Edison’s Motion Pictures). In memory of Miklós Gábor a commemorative plaque has been placed on the wall of his birthplace (the work of János Béres). The actor’s wife, Éva Vass Jászai Mari award-winning actress also attended the ceremony.
